


The Clean
Our Staff: We only employ regular staff, fully trained to give them the skills and confidence required to handle sensitive electronic equipment. We ensure that they all have a reasonable knowledge of IT equipment. Our staff are uniformed, wear ID badges and will be of smart appearance whilst working at you premises.
The working teams have been specially selected, and always vetted for security purposes. We undertake many high profile security contracts.
Cleaning: the cleaning will be carried out at times best to suit your operation, this can be during normal working hours or during down time (Evenings, Weekends). A full site survey will be undertaken prior to the cleaning. Once this is completed full Method Statements, Risk Assessments and COSHH information will be issued. All PC's and desktop equipment must be switched of before cleaning can commence. Our non-hazardous materials are environmentally friendly, and COSHH regulated.
IT Cleaning also clean many communication rooms servers and computer rooms within many organisations. The Specification, Method, Risks and so on are meticulously discussed with the client's IT department prior to cleaning.
IT Cleaning are able to deal with anti-static flooring. We have great experience in the use of Statguard and other such anti-static protection products.
Quality: IT Cleaning prides itself on the quality of its service. The quality will be monitored by a senior person prior to completion of the work. If the client is present whilst cleaning is performed we will ask for their comments. Once the client is happy with the quality of the service an invoice will be raised based on the number of PC's and rooms cleaned. We will provide as part of our service a full list of all the asset numbers of the cleaned equipment, showing where the item is located when and by whom it was cleaned. Many of our clients find this a useful management tool.
Safety: IT Cleaning are fully conversant with the legal requirements under the Health and Safety at Work Act, a copy of our Health and Safety Policy is available upon request. Our staff are all trained to understand the importance of Health and Safety. We train in the following areas: non-statutory requirements, good housekeeping, personal protection, instructions for cleaners, safe handling of materials and equipment, lifting goods, safety of building occupants, how to promote safe working conditions, falls, slip hazards, investigation of a slip accident, how to improve slip resistance, safety with ladders.
We will always train our staff prior to work commencement with regard to our Method Statement and Risk Assessment. The supervisor will have copies of these documents on site during the work.
