You have had your data Centre Airflow analysed and made the required changes to optimes cold air. Did the survey and analysis check the equipment in the racks? I ask because if your equipment fan inlets are restricted by dust, like the picture below show, will the work that has been done have any great impact? I am sure the cold air will get to the server but is it efficiently getting to the chips heatsinks? Logic would say not!

5. Ensure you have full monitoring and people in place to monitor the cleaning activity, be this electronic monitoring a human visible monitoring.
