You have had your data Centre Airflow analysed and made the required changes to optimes cold air. Did the survey and analysis check the equipment in the racks? I ask because if your equipment fan inlets are restricted by dust, like the picture below show, will the work that has been done have any great impact? I am sure the cold air will get to the server but is it efficiently getting to the chips heatsinks? Logic would say not!
